RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
PLEASE BE AWARE POSH FROX DO NOT OFFER ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ON MADE TO ORDER DRESSES. THIS INCLUDES PROM AND BRIDAL GOWNS. BE SURE TO USE OUR GUIDE TO ENSURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE.
ALL JEWELLERY AND ACCESSORIES ARE NON RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
Returns must be returned to us within 14 days from order placement.
Returns must be received in original condition and packaging. Please see list below:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- all tags and labels intact
- No marks
- No odours (perfume, pets, tobacco)
- No fake tan marks
- No deodorant marks
- All original packaging
- Within 14 days of your order date
If any of the above list are applicable to your return we reserve the right to refuse your return/exchange.
If you are unsure on any garment size/fit please contact the team and we will be happy to assist you further.
Proof of purchase must be provided with your return/exchange.
All sale items are final sale and non returnable/exchangeable.
Online gift vouchers/cards cannot be returned of exchanged for cash in our physical store or online.
Import customs tax and duty fees are at the buyers expense. Please be aware of what your fees may be for your country.
All international customers are responsible for customs and duties within their own country.
For further information we recommend contacting your local customs office for advice.
POSH FROX is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
POSH FROX is unable to accept any returns/exchanges from customers who refuse to pay their duty and tax fees for their order.
PLEASE BE AWARE CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE POSTAGE COSTS FOR ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED TO US.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A TRACKED COURIER SERVICE TO ENSURE THE SAFE RETURN AND THE ITEMS REACH US WITHIN THE 14 DAY TIME PERIOD FROM PLACING YOUR ORDER.
POSH FROX will not NOT be held responsible for any items which do not reach us safely and out of the 14 day policy time frame.
